Remember your first journal? Mine was a Christmas gift at eight – pages full of possibility. Fast forward through life’s chapters to motherhood, where between midnight feeds and morning rushes, I found myself missing that space to just… be.
Over countless conversations with other mamas (and many cold cups of coffee), I discovered we all shared this feeling. That’s why I created Mother & Me – not because I have it all figured out, but because sometimes we all need a gentle reminder to return to ourselves.
