My Story

Somewhere between midnight feeds and morning rushes, I found myself missing that space to just… be me.

After lots of conversations with other mamas (and many cold cups of coffee), I found we all shared this feeling – the yearning to reconnect with the woman beneath the layers of motherhood. That’s why I created Mother & Me – not because I have all the answers, but because I believe we all need gentle reminders and the support to return to ourselves.

This became the heart of Bond and Bloom – one mother reaching out to another, offering a simple way to nurture yourself during this beautiful, demanding season of life.

This free download gives you a glimpse into our full 8-week guided journal experience – a sanctuary designed to help you return to you, one reflection at a time.
